The apartment is accessed from car parking area by an external staircase which leads directly onto the Decking Area.  This area is furnished with garden furniture and gives panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

The main door to the apartment opens onto a hallway with a further door to the left opening into the Lounge and adjoining Kitchen.  The Lounge is light and bright with windows on two sides giving stunning views.  Lounge has a television, DVD player and Hi-Fi unit.  Kitchen is fully equipped with oven and grill, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster.

Two bedrooms are located along the hallway.  There is a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other.  Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.  Bathroom with shower and bath is situated at the end of the hallway.

Bed linen and towels are provided as well as all electricity between April - October.

There is Total Control central heating.
