BOOKING CONDITIONS

At the time of making a booking, one fifth of the total cost will be required as a deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Final balance to be paid six weeks before the due holiday date.

In the event of a cancellation after the final balance has been paid, a refund will only be made if the property can be re-let.  Any expenses or losses incurred in so doing will be deducted from the refundable amount.
